Over the years, he has built and developed strong brands, implemented effective marketing strategies, and overseen the growth of multiple hospitality sites. His leadership in this sector has consistently focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, and the creation of sustainable business models that generate long-term value.

In addition to hospitality, John has gained considerable expertise within the security industry. His work has spanned comprehensive risk assessments, manpower deployment, and asset protection strategies. This breadth of experience has enabled him to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions that balance operational requirements with robust security frameworks.

Over the past six years, John has expanded his portfolio into the construction industry. In 2021, John joined DMIG to head up the company’s manufacturing arm. Under his leadership, the manufacturing division has embraced both UK and international opportunities, expanding its reach through innovative approaches to production, operations, and sales.
